Please join the World Affairs Council of Tacoma at 4 p.m. on March 30 for an informal 40-minute conversation with Congresswoman Marilyn Strickland (WA-10th District). This discussion will include far-ranging topics ranging from setting up a congressional office during a global pandemic, to committee assignments and their impact on the district, as well as the congresswoman’s personal observations on the work of Congress. World Affairs Council of Tacoma President Marcia Garrett will serve as moderator and pose questions to the congresswoman, who began serving her first term in January.

The event will be live streamed over YouTube Live.

“A Conversation with Marilyn Strickland” is open to the public, but registration is required.

There is no charge to attend.
